Order cut-off time: 8:00PM (Monday-Friday)
Order cut-off time: 12:30PM (Saturday and Sunday)
Majority of deliveries will be received within 24 hours of placing the order. Mon-Fri Order before 8:00pm for same day dispatch. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday up to 12:30pm will be dispatched the same day. Orders on Sunday after 12:30pm will be dispatched on Monday.

General Delivery Information
Please note that your order will be dispatched from our Flavour Warehouse Group Depot and this will be advised on your delivery notifications. We may provide your telephone number and/or e-mail address to the nominated courier for tracking purposes and for them to notify you of an approximate delivery time. If your order has not arrived within 7 working days following dispatch (UK orders) please contact us by quoting your order number in all correspondence.
Please ensure that your delivery address details are correct, as we will not replace or re-send any order at our expense if incorrect details have been supplied by you. If your order hasn't been dispatched yet and you need to amend your order, you may call us on 0800 169 2891 or get in touch via our 'Contact us' widget which can be found on our contact us page. Please Note: All times stated are estimated and are conditional on normal operating procedures. On occasion forces outside our control can disrupt those normal operating procedures, which may affect delivery time. Orders placed to non mainland locations (including Highlands) will be offered a Track 48hr service as this is the only service offered by the courier to these locations.
Bank Holidays
All orders placed over weekends and bank holidays will not be dispatched until the next working day. You may receive a notification saying that your items have been shipped outside of these times, but this does not mean that has been collected by the courier, this is to indicate that your order is awaiting collection by the courier.
